Laser Safety Awareness Training
Short modules helping employers and PCBUs train workers on foundational principles of laser safety.
Intended for workplaces using Class 1M, 2M, 3R, 3B or 4 lasers — the group AS/NZS IEC 60825.14:2022 identifies as needing a working knowledge of laser safety.
In Australia employers are required to provide and maintain a safe work environment. This may include informing workers on managing risks in their workplace.
The following courses are designed to help contribute to meeting this obligation.
Does not replace the need for laser-specific and workplace specific safety training.
