Laser Safety Awareness Certificate Victoria

Laser safety awareness training for Victorian employers to provide to employees working with or around lasers.

The course covers laser physics, classification, how lasers injure the eye and skin, control measures, labelling, protective eyewear and obligations under Victorian OHS law. Employees work through reading material, short lectures and interactive quizzes.

Each employee receives a certificate of completion, giving you a documented record of general laser safety training that forms part of demonstrating compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and Regulations 2017.

This is general awareness training. It does not replace the training your employees require on the specific laser devices, systems and procedures in your workplace.
